Born in the Charlevoix region of Quebec, Alexandre now lives and works in Montreal. At five, he aspired to become a “doll mechanic”; he tries to build a bridge through the codes of the constraining genres that are offered to him, to create a world of artistic possibilities between play, sensitivity and manual precision.
