Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within Canada over $150. For orders under $150, we offer standard shipping for $15.
All orders are shipped from Toronto within two to four business days of payment verification.
We use Canada Post for all-orders, expedited shipping generally takes 4-10 business days but could be slightly longer for more rural areas.
SHIPPING TO THE USA
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to the USA over $200. For orders under $200, we offer standard shipping for $25. All orders are shipped from Toronto within two days of payment verification.
We use Canada Post for all international orders. Shipping times to the USA vary depending on location, approximate shipping time will be provided at checkout.
LOST & DAMAGED ORDERS
By placing an order with Ease, you understand that we are not responsible for delays or loss of items by our shipping provider. Ease is not held liable for items once they are shipped to your requested address.
We understand that accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo.
We will gladly accept full-priced merchandise in an unworn, unopened condition for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will only be able to offer store credit or exchange.
For online orders, the same conditions apply. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order and ship it back to us within 14 days.
Intimates and all sale items are final sale.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at email@example.com stating the reason for your return, along with your order number. Once we can confirm the return, you should mail your product to: 1446 Dundas Street West, Toronto ON M6J 1Y6, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For orders outside of Canada, please clearly mark the package as 'Return of Goods' as we will not be able to accept the package if it has incurred duties or taxes. For both domestic and international orders, please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card.
