Winden is based and created in New York City and France. Launched in late 2013, each collection offers defined, personal jewelry and hair accessories with an emphasis on pure and refined forms. Each piece of jewelry is made by hand in New York using recycled metals to minimize environmental impact. Barrettes are made using cellulose acetate in France, focusing on minimal and striking shapes. Signature silver and stone pieces inspired by the sculptural forms found in nature—shells, flora, and fauna—remain a continuous thread throughout each collection.
Alongside these hallmarks, Winden incorporates abstract art motifs and vintage inspiration to explore themes of nostalgia and contemporary modernism. Each piece is a compliment to the woman who wears it, offering quiet confidence.
