Billy Bamboo's lace scrunchies are made in small, limited runs using dead-stock fabrics. 

Upgraded design uses two loops of elastic to ensure our scrunchies stay snug and compact wear after wear.

Comes with a special plain elastic band, you can tie your hair first with the elastic band,  then just put the lace scrunchie over it, you can get a perfect lace flower shape.
