Q: Can I place an order online and pick up in store ?
A: Yes of course! We would be happy to do so, once you have picked up the product in store we will refund you the cost for shipping.
Q: Where are you located ?
A: Ease is located at 1446 Dundas Street West in the heart of Little Portugal. A small but friendly and inclusive neighbourhood. Stop by and say Hi!
Q: Can items be put on hold?
A: Absolutely, we totally understand falling in love with an item but not being able to pick it up that day. Just give us a call and we can check if we have it in stock and if so we can hold for you for up to 24 hours (exclusion on sale items).
Q: What is your return policy ?
A: We will gladly accept full-priced merchandise in an unworn condition for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will only be able to offer store credit or exchange.
