By placing your order with Ease on this website, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to add to or amend the terms and conditions below.


Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment Via Shopify

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Online Return Policy

Regular price and sale items discounted 50% or less are eligible for a full refund. Sale items discounted 51% or more are FINAL SALE.

1) Email us for approval and let us know what you are returning:

2) After you receive approval, ship the item back to our address: 1446 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M6J 1Y6

3) All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

4) You must ship the merchandise back to us within 7 business days from the day you receive the product to receive a refund back to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5) We will not hold items for exchange. Instead we recommend placing a second order to guarantee the item and size is in stock. Once your return is received we will immediately refund your original order if it meets the above criteria. Price adjustments will be honored on full price merchandise only if it was marked down within 7 days of the receipt of your package. 

In Store Return Policy

Jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Returns for full price merchandise must be made within 10 days of purchase date. All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return.

Full price items are eligible for store credit or exchanges only. No exceptions.
