NOTO was founded and created by Gloria Noto as a response to her years experience as a make-up artist, magazine editor and fine-artist as a way to create the change she wanted to see in beauty and wellness. 

Focusing on simplicity, representation, self-expression & activism through identity; all NOTO's products are created natural, organic, and fluid in gender at the highest quality and performance in function and social impact.
